• Standard Shipping rates apply to orders below $75 USD

• Free Canada Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
• Standard Shipping rates apply to orders below $100 CAD

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders are typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

DARA ORIGINALS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@daraoriginals.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
